How to try this out
This is a pilot preview, not a finished product — see what's real and what's a placeholder for the honest version of that. This page is just about finding your way around. Nothing you do here can be "wrong" — click around freely.
Signing in
There's no password. On the sign-in screen, click one of the three names under "Demo accounts" to sign in instantly, no code or 2FA. Each one shows you the portal from a different person's point of view:
- Client (Sanne Meijer) — the business owner filling in their own application.
- Accountant (Pieter Groen) — helps a client complete and submit their application. This is the best one to start with.
- Lawyer (Eduardo Petit) — your view: reviewing, approving, and generating documents for submitted applications.
You can also switch between these at any time using the "Viewing as" dropdown in the top right, once you're in — no need to sign out and back in.
A suggested first walk-through
Takes about five minutes. Start as the Accountant.
- 1
Open Chandra Design Studio
From the dashboard, this is the application that's still in progress — a good one to poke around in.
- 2
Type something into any box, then wait a second
Watch the top right — it will say "Saving…" and then "Saved". Your answer is kept automatically; there's no save button anywhere.
- 3
Find the "Company structure" step and flip a switch
Toggling "Set up a holding structure" on and off makes a question appear or disappear — the form only asks what's actually relevant to the answers already given.
- 4
On "Client details", try typing 123 into the KvK number box
Then press Continue. You'll get a plain-English warning instead of being able to carry on with something that's clearly wrong.
- 5
Fill in whatever else looks empty
It doesn't need to be accurate — this is a demo. Made-up names and numbers are fine.
- 6
Go to "Documents" and upload any file for each one listed
Any file on your computer will do — a photo, a random PDF, anything. It's really stored and scanned; try the "Read with AI" button on one afterward to see the suggestion flow.
- 7
Go to "Review", then press "Submit"
This is the moment a client would hand the application to their accountant. Once submitted, the client can no longer change it.
- 8
Switch to Lawyer, top right
Use the "Viewing as" dropdown. You'll land on the case queue — this is what your team would see every morning.
- 9
Open the case, then "Start review" and "Approve"
This is the review workflow — moving a case through your firm's process.
- 10
Open "Generated documents" and press "Generate Letter of Intent"
This writes a complete draft legal letter — a real PDF with letterhead — using everything that was filled in earlier. Worth reading through once it appears.
- 11
Try the notes and the language switch
"Internal notes" are only ever seen inside your firm; "Client notes" are meant for the client to see too — and actually email them. The EN/NL buttons, top right, switch the whole form to Dutch — try it on any step.
Shortcut: there's a second application, "Meijer Bouwadvies", that's already fully submitted. If you just want to see the Lawyer side — review, approve, generate the letter — sign in as Lawyer and open that one directly.
That's really it. Wander off-script as much as you like — there's nothing here that can break, and nothing you enter is real client data.
